This section on e-Government Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) aims at providing information about how people interact with government in Kenya and overseas.
To help in the continuous development and implementation of the e-Government Strategy, the Directorate of e-Government is aspiring to have an ongoing qualitative and quantitative research programme. This programme aims to document people's experience of government, and what they expect from government. One of the Strategy goals is for government agencies is to be more people-oriented and results-oriented in the way they design services.
The research resources here will seek to provide information for government ministries/departments and other interested parties about how Kenyans use government services and find government information over the Internet. The Directorate of e-Government in collaboration with other organizations (government, academic, private-sector, civil-society and donor agencies) will duly commission this research.
For more information about this proposed research programme, or, if you have a resource that you would like to see added here, please contact us (see details at the contact us page).
