To design, implement and sustain an integrated e-Government infostructure and services for the prosperity of Kenyans.

• Develop and coordinate the implementation of the e-Government Strategy
• Implement an integrated shared Government infrastructure, data and services
• Deliver e-services to citizens
• Develop and implement policies, frameworks and standards to ensure delivery of high quality and secure e-Government and,
• Build the capacity of technical staff, public servants and citizens to ensure successful implementation of e-Government
